Houseboat Tiger Fishing Safari, 7 night/5 day Fishing Safari (USD 2500 per person)

Day 1 - Meet at Blantyre International Airport, Malawi. From the airport we will head straight for this unique Tiger fishing phenomenon. The distance is approximately 400km so depending on the border and crossing Tete bridge it should take about 6 hours. We will arrive in Songwe early evening and start preparing for the fishing that lies ahead and board our home for the next week the houseboat! In all likeliness have a few beers and talk tactics for the fishing that will start in the morning.

Day 2 - 6 - 5 days of fishing in arguably the best tiger fishing spot in Africa. We will start of early and spend most of the day on the water, breakfast and packed lunch will be onboard as will beer and water. Returning to the boat for lunch and some shade is an option, but normally the die hard fisherman think rest is over rated, so depends on what you the clients would like to do. We would return to boat early evening for a few more beers, a good feed and some stories of the fish that got away or the fish that didn’t get away as the case will hopefully be!

Day 7 - Early start and return to Blantyre and spend the night there
