Go into the jungle out there – Go on safari at the South Luangwa National Park

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: The flight to South Luangwa departs at 9:45am so you would need to be at the airport by 8am. The flight is about an 5 hr so you will land at approximately 8:00am, where Mfuwe Lodge will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the camp. Upon arrival you will be shown to your chalets, have lunch overlooking the Luangwa river and a couple of hours to relax before the afternoon game drive. The afternoon Game Drive will depart at 4pm and dinner will be served upon your return at approximately 8pm.

Day 2 - 3: A very early start with tea/coffee/cereal and toast before heading out on the morning game drive. The drive is generally about 4 hrs from 6ish to 10ish before returning to the camp. Lunch will be served between 12-1pm. Tea and Cake will be server at 15:30, before heading out on the afternoon game drive at 16:00. The game drive will be approximately 4 hrs and your dinner will be served at approximately 20:00 upon return from the game drive.

Day 4: Early start as usual with the early morning game drive followed by lunch on your return. The flight back to Lilongwe is at 14:00 so you should leave the lodge by 12:30am to catch your flight on time.
